When credits come back automatically, when you need to ask, and what we don't cover. Last updated June 2026.
The default: if a build fails or doesn't pass QA, credits come back automatically. No email needed, no form to fill out.
These events trigger an automatic credit refund — visible in your Credit history within minutes:
Refunds are processed in credits because that's how the meter works. If you need a currency refund instead — for example, you signed up only for that one build — email us within 14 days and we'll process it.
In plain English: seven days, 100 credits, one real skill. Cancel before day 8 and you're done. Do nothing and it becomes Starter at $29/mo.
The trial gives you:
To cancel: one screen, one click, from Billing. Cancel any time before day 8 and no further charge is made. You keep whatever was built.
If you do nothing: on day 8 the trial auto-converts to the Starter plan at $29/mo. We send a reminder email before this happens.
The $10 trial charge itself is non-refundable after 14 days from signup. Within 14 days, email us and we'll refund it — no reason needed.
In plain English: cancel any time from Billing. Access runs to the end of your paid period. Monthly credits refresh each cycle and don't carry over.
Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Premium) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and no further charge follows.
We don't pro-rate refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel midway through a month, you've still paid for the full month and the access runs out at the end of it.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Each billing cycle your credit allowance resets to your plan's full amount. Credits from the previous month don't carry across. Run out early? Top up in 10 seconds, or upgrade mid-cycle and we credit the difference.
Skills you built while subscribed don't expire when you cancel. They're yours.
In plain English: unused top-up credits stay on your account until you use them — they don't expire with the billing cycle like your monthly allowance does.
Top-up credit packs (one-time purchases added on top of your plan) behave differently from monthly credits:
When a build runs, monthly credits are spent first. Top-up credits are drawn down after your monthly allowance is exhausted.
In plain English: email us. A founder reads these. No ticket system, no chatbot.
If you need a refund, have a billing question, or something went wrong: email [email protected] with your account email and the invoice number or job ID. We respond within one business day, usually same-day.
